Release Notes: 20th March 2021

We have some exciting announcements, features and improvements to share with our services. Remember to stay subscribed to these emails to ensure you receive helpful updates on new features.

Please Note: The new functionality that we are announcing today will be available to services one week from now, on the 26th of March. Any minor bug fixes that have already been implemented will be listed at the bottom of this document.

Occupancy Utilisation Report

The Occupancy Utilisation Report has been enhanced to allow users to filter the data they want to see. You can now filter by one or many fees, and one or many rooms in a service.

Medical Quicklist Report

Office users can generate a report that shows a quicklist of medical requirements for children, including dietary and allergy needs as well a child’s emergency contact information.

Learning Gallery

Home users can now see a gallery of all observations their child has been tagged in, as well as a favourites album of their favourite media items of their children. Parents will be able to share these images with their friends and family through the Home App, or download a full archive of all the media items their child has been tagged in.

Nappy Cream Applied Event

Educators can now record when nappy cream has been applied in the Playground and Home apps under the list of health events.

Bug Fixes

  • Office: We've resolved an issue where services who bill more than 4 weeks in advance  have had inconsistent CCS estimates on the Master Roll

  • Home App: Marking all notifications as read no longer crashes

  • Home App: Now refreshes content when pressing on a notification.
