Under Child Care Subsidy → Government Service Personnel
Once the initial set up under ‘New’ has been completed. Any Actions can be found under the + Actions button. These Actions revolve around updating any current service personnel, removing them, or uploading a Notification of Suitability.
Update Day to Day Operations:
This will update the personnel who are authorised for Day to Day Operations:

Important information

Persons with Management or Control of the Provider can add, update or remove the details of all child care personnel for the provider.

Persons Responsible for the Day-to-Day Operation of the Service can add, update or remove the details of child care personnel for the service or services they manage.

Child care personnel may be allocated one of the following roles:
o Persons with Management or Control of the Provider
o Persons Responsible for the Day-to-Day Operation of the Service (Operational Responsibility)
o Service Contact or Family Day Care (FDC) or In Home Care (IHC) Educator.
Update Service Contact:
Functions similarly to 'Updating Day to Day personnel, The same information panels from above apply.


Removing Details:
This allows service admins to remove any CCS Personnel, This is done by allocating an end date for their role:
Notification of Suitability:
Suitability of Personnel
The service admin must notify the department of any events affecting or likely to affect the suitability of a Key Personnel, member of staff, or educator to provide child care. Notice must be given within 7 days. This includes if the individual:

is charged with or found guilty of a serious indictable offence
-
becomes bankrupt
-
has their working with children check, refused, amended or cancelled.
