The Provider Personnel section will show all information surrounding your authorised personnel.
Note: This section is currently in Beta, and is currently limited to a select group of beta testers.
This section can be accessed via Child Care Subsidy > Government Service Personnel.
The view will be separated by all listed authorised personnel and will include their person ID, details, and Service Roles.
The service will have to update their details via PRODA or via contacting the CCS Helpdesk to resolve, as we are currently only showing the data provided by the government. If you require an update of your authorised personnel within Office, please contact support to assist further.
