Saving Enrolment Forms

Parents completing the custom enrolment form are now able to save their form and return later to complete it. If your service is using Xplor’s custom enrolment form, parents will now see a save button at the bottom of the page.

If a parent needs to stop filling in their form, in order to collect documentation or confirm some details, they are able to press save and enter their email address. They will then receive an email to their inbox with a link to resume editing when they are ready to do so.

Once they have completed the form, the parent will submit it to your service as usual.

Enrolment Form Consents and Authorisations

In order to aid our services in collecting all required information, we have made changes to our custom enrolment form's Parent and Emergency Contact consents.

From next week, all custom forms will reflect these changes. These changes are in line with direction we’ve received from the government.

As these are required components of the form. they are not editable. The rest of the custom form, including any customisations you have made, will continue to operate as normal.

Active Parents Report and Xplor ID Visibility

There have been some significant updates recently across Xplor around logging in and merging accounts via Xplor ID. As such, the Active Parents Report has been updated to include whether or not a parent has an Xplor ID and password, in addition to the details provided when their profile was created.
