Editable Event Times

Educators canedit the event times for toileting, sleep, sunscreen, and nutrition events when creating the events. The ability to do so can be disabled or enabled by service/provider admins via a setting in Office.

How to Toggle Editable Health Events in Office

  1. Login to Office and head to Settings > Service Settings > App Settings
  2. Find the Allow Editable Health Event Times under the Playground App Settings section.

This change to the settings can take up to 4 hours to be reflected on Playground App. To enable instantly, log out and back into to the Service. For assistance with this, click here.

Adding a Custom Time on Sleep, Toileting, Sunscreen, and Nutrition Events:

  1. Log the event following the steps listed previously in the article for each type of event.
  2. When up to Step 7, select the time of the event and use the clock/timer scroll to select the time you wish to enter and communicate to families.

Please Note: You can only chose a time after the child has been signed in and a time which has already past. You cannot edit events to display in the future.
