Office Hub

The Hub is designed to:

  • Allow parents to sign in/out their children
  • Capture visitor logs.
  • Manage educator shifts

The Hub is web-based and optimised for tablets, meaning all you need to access it is a web browser (preferably Google Chrome). Tablets are convenient to keep at the entrance and exits to your service.

Setting Up

  1. Open up a browser on your tablet and enter in https://hub.myxplor.com/
  2. When you first set up the HUB, it will ask for your Centre Login details. If you are unsure what these details are, click here297063A3-4B6A-43DF-9346-A6464D3C7EF5_1_105_c.jpeg

  4. You can update your logo image (top right corner) in Settings > Service Settings > select service name. 
  5. Switch between dark mode and light mode by toggling this on/off on the bottom right corner.IMG_0167.jpeg
  6. If you are using an iPad and would like to limit your device to have only the HUB appear, click here. This will prevent users from exiting the HUB. 
  7. You are all set!

Sign in as a Parent/HUB Guest 

  1. Click "Sign In".IMG_0165.jpeg
  2.  Enter Mobile Number and Access Code. IMG_0186.jpeg
  3. If you have logged in successfully in step 2, skip this step. If you've forgotten your code, or have not yet set up a phone number and access code, you can sign in using your email and password for the time being.   4. When logged in successfully, parents will see a list of their children.

Children who do not have a booking for the day will appear under "NO BOOKINGS", and will be treated as casual sessions. If there is capacity to take the child in, parents will be prompted to select from the available sessions. If there is no capacity, parents will see an error message prompting them to speak with their administrator.

Sign in as an Educator

  4. Click "Start Shift" to begin your shift.IMG_0171.jpeg
  5. If you do not have a shift on the day, you will see the following screen. Please reach out to your administrator to create a shift for you. IMG_0168.jpeg
  6.  Click "Start Break" to begin your break.IMG_0172_copy.jpeg
  7. Add in a comment Screen_Shot_2020-04-17_at_12.59.41_pm.png to your shift if necessary. For administrator users, this comment will appear in Rostering > Timesheets.IMG_0173.jpeg
  8. Click "End Shift" to end your shift.

Sign in as a Visitor

  1. Select "Visitor Log".IMG_0179.jpeg
  2. Complete the fields, then select "Sign in".IMG_0189.jpeg
  3. To sign out, visitors should select "Visitor Log" from the Dashboard, then select "Sign out".

  4. Once signed out, the visitor's initials will turn grey. The sign in and sign out time will be captured. IMG_0182.jpeg
  5. To find visitors from previous dates, select the arrow next to the date on the top right corner then select the required date.IMG_0183.jpeg
