Centres using Playground Web now have the option to create and add in their own Learning Frameworks and Outcomes as needed, for their educators to tag children's documentation against and share with parents.
Alongside the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework, centres can now tag outcomes relating to their centre's philosophy, policies and practices as needed. All documentation tagged against these added outcomes can then be reported on using the Learning Analysis tool in Playground Web.
Check out the steps below to learn how to create your own Learning Framework in Playground Web:
You will need to log into Playground Web using your centre's provider level credentials. The credentials you use will mean the framework is available at a Provider level for your centre/s.
- Click on Learning Frameworks from the left hand side menu
- Click on New in the top right hand corner.
- Fill in the sections with the framework title and abbreviation.
- Fill out the Category Name, abbreviation and details. This will be what your educators using Playground Web/App will see when they select this framework to tag documentation against.
- Fill out the Outcomes. Click on 'Add Outcomes' if you wish to add more.
- When ready to save, click "Publish Learning Framework" in the top right corner
