Release Notes: 10th December 2021

The following features will be live for all services on the 17th of December.


Parent Statement (PDF) improvements

We’re making some changes to improve the readability of the Parent Statement:

  • The Direct Debit Summary section (previously Payment Summary) will now show transaction fees. This helps parents to understand the total amount debited from their account


  • We’ve introduced a Bond Summary section. It shows bond payments that have been paid to the service or returned to a parent account.

Fixes & Enhancements

The following fixes are now live.

Home App

  • (iOS)The scroll depth is no longer reset when navigating back to the Learning timeline to view a Learning item

  • (iOS) We’ve fixed an issue where some families were unable to sign their child out using the app if the centre had a pending Hub Message

  • (iOS) We’ve fixed an issue where some extra day booking requests were not showing properly in the bookings screen

  • (iOS) We’ve fixed an issue preventing parents from being able to view Live Learning

  • (iOS) We’ve fixed a tab bar display issue on certain iPhone models

  • (iOS) We’ve fixed an issue causing some booking requests to show an incorrect time when opened by Admins in Office.
