Customers will be unable to access Office between 5:00pm and 6:00pm AEDT on Sunday, the 31st of October while we complete some maintenance work on our platform.
We have some exciting enhancements to share with our services.

Educator Birthdays in the Dashboard Widget
We're adding a tab on the existing birthday dashboard widget to include educators at your service.
Configuration option for auto-invitations
Currently, when a child is on the waitlist in Office and their indicative enrolment date is reached, the system will automatically activate the child and welcome the attached guardians. In response to feedback we have received from customers, we are now allowing centres to turn off this automation.
We're adding a configuration option, giving you the choice to enable or disable automatically inviting families when a child status changes from a “Waitlist” status to “Active”. By default, this automation will remain on.
To access this toggle navigate to Settings > Service Settings > Enrolments.
Service Setting Navigation
We've improved the Service selector when managing your Service Settings. Admins can now easily switch between other services within the same Provider, and will no longer need to re-select the service name from the service list.
