The Visitor Log report allows a user to obtain a list of all visitors who have signed in at the Hub at your centre for any given date range.
The report details the following:
- The Service ID and Service Name;
- The Visitors'
- Phone Number;
- Reason for signing in.
- Signed In and Out Times.
The report can be filtered by Service and Date.
How to Run a Visitor Log Report
- Log into Office;
- Click on the Reports drop-down;
- Select Service Reports;
- Click on Visitor Log;
- Select a Service, and the From Date and To Date;
- Click Generate report.
The report will be emailed to you and will be in CSV format. The link will expire in 48 hours from the time the report was generated.
