The Visitor Log Report

The Visitor Log report allows a user to obtain a list of all visitors who have signed in at the Hub at your centre for any given date range.

The report details the following:

  • The Service ID and Service Name;
  • The Visitors'
    • Name;
    • Phone Number;
    • Address;
    • Reason for signing in.
  • Signed In and Out Times. 

The report can be filtered by Service and Date

How to Run a Visitor Log Report


  1. Log into Office;
  2. Click on the Reports drop-down;
  3. Select Service Reports;
  4. Click on Visitor Log;
  5. Select a Service, and the From Date and To Date;
  6. Click Generate report.

The report will be emailed to you and will be in CSV format. The link will expire in 48 hours from the time the report was generated.
