If you're migrating to Xplor from Qikkids:
Once your CCS has successfully been connected by your onboarder, you should check the enrolments tab to ensure these are submitted correctly on Friday.
It is your responsibility to check each child's enrolment.
Navigate to Child Care Subsidy > Government Enrolments > Select Refresh at the top
Checking Existing enrolments and CWAs
If you are migrating from QK, you do not need to create new enrolments for children that came from QK or have their CWA signed.
However, you should check all the children's enrolments are successful. Each child will have a status next to their name.
CWA / Missing Approval
Most of the children will display with 'Missing Approval' next to their name. However, if it also has a grey 'CWA' sign like below - then this is okay.
This means the child has a confirmed CWA enrolment, but Office does not have a record of an approved CWA.
As long as you have a record of this elsewhere (likely in QK), it is not necessary to have CWA's signed. If you do not, it is highly advised that the CWA's are signed via Home.
Please type in Warning into the search field at the top of the child list in the Government enrolments tab.
This will display a list of children that have a warning on their enrolment, and require further action.
Click on a child that has a 'warning' next to their name' their enrolment information will open on the right.
There will be a yellow notification at the top of the child's enrolment, instructing you on what should be done, like below. Awaiting MyGov approval: Parent needs to confirm CCS Enrolment - Please let the parent know they need to confirm the CCS enrolment in MyGov, this can take up to 48 hours to appear in MyGov.

Please let the parent know they need to complete an activity test and/or confirm the CCS enrolment in MyGov, this can take up to 48 hours to appear in MyGov.
Please type in No CCS in the search bar at the top. If the child's CCS enrolment says "NO CCS" this could be for a number of reasons.
1. it means that the child does not have an active CCS enrolment (this might be newly enrolled child). You should create a CWA Enrolment. See the article on creating a new CCS enrolment and follow the steps to create a CWA
2. The parent does not claim CCS - in which case you should See the article on creating a new CCS enrolment and follow the steps to create an RA
3. This child is no longer active at your service, in which case you do not need to do anything.
