Viewing Medical and Incident Records

The Medical Records section provides an up to date list of all the incident and medication records for each child. To get to the medical records, click on the health tab, scroll down and choose the medical records button. You should be able to see: the type of record, first name of child it applies to and a summary of the details.

  1. Press on the Medical Records button.
  2. Press on a Medical Record. You should be able to read all the specific medication details and any notes which have been read.

Pressing on a Medical Record will open it. You'll see all applicable information, including: type of medication, date, witness, dosage, method and additional notes. 

Incident Records List

After pressing on the incidents tab, you will be able to see a list of all incident records for a child. You will also be able to see the type of incident and which educator created it. 

Pressing on any incident record will open it.

Unstable Connection

If your device has an unstable connection to the internet, an error message will display and no data will load. Pressing back and returning to the tab will resolve the issue.

  1. Press on the Medical Records button.
  2. Press on an Incident Record. If unread, it will have a notifications bell icon.

Unsigned by Parent

If the Incident has not yet been signed by the parent, then a message will appear advising them to sign the record at the centre. 

Unstable Connection

If your device has an unstable connection to the internet, an error message will display and no data will load. Pressing back and returning to the tab will resolve the issue.
