You can see the toileting events which have occurred throughout the current day on the health timeline.
If there has been any toileting events during the day selected, a toileting icon should be displaying on the timeline. Press on the red toileting icon. If there has been toileting events during the day they will be displayed as icons on the timeline graph.
Press on the red Toileting card.
See a list of all the toileting events for the day.
Press an event. You should be able to see the type of event, the first name of the educator who wrote it and the time it was created.
If pressing on an event with a icon. You should be able to see a public note written below the ‘NOTE’ title.
- Press on the red Toileting card.
- Swipe left or right on the timeline graph to move the date viewed forward and backward.
- Press on the date label
- A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
- You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
- Press on the red Toileting card.
- Press on the ‘Week’ button near the top bar. You should now be seeing a segmented bar graph of the events for the current week.
- See the average number of events under the week label.
- Press on the red Toileting card.
- Swipe left or right on the bar graph to move the week viewed forward and backward.
- Press on the date label.
- A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
- You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
- In week view, press on a day where toileting events occurred.
- You should now be able to see the total number of events for that day, what day it occurred and a list of all the events that occurred for that specific day.
- For each individual event you should able to see: the event type, which educator recorded it and what time it occurred. If there was a public note associated with the event you should be able to read it.
