View Sun Protection Events
You can see the sun protection events which have occurred throughout the current day on the health timeline.
If there has been any sun protection events during the day selected, a sun protection icon should be displaying on the timeline. Press on the yellow sun protection icon. If there has been sun protection events during the day they will be displayed as icons on the timeline graph.
- Press on the yellow Sun Protection card.
- See a list of all the sun protection events for the day.
- Press an event. You should be able to see the type of event, the first name of the educator who wrote it and the time it was created.
- If pressing on the event with a
icon, you should be able to see a public note written below the ‘NOTE’ title
- Press on the yellow Sun Protection card.
- Swipe left or right on the timeline graph to move the date viewed forward and backward.
- Press on the date label.
- A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
- You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
- Press on the yellow Sun Protection card.
- Press on the ‘Week’ button near the top bar. You should now be seeing a bar graph of the events for the current week.
- See the average number of events under the week label.
- Press on the yellow sun protection card.
- Swipe left or right on the bar graph to move the week viewed forward and backward.
- Press on the date label.
- A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
- You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
- Press on a day where Sun Protection events occurred.
- You should now be able to see the total number of events for that day, what day it occurred and a list of all the events that occurred for that specific day.
- For each individual event you should able to see: the event type, which educator recorded it and what time it occurred. If there was a public note associated with the event you should be able to read it.
View Sleep Events
You can see the sleep events which have occurred throughout the current day on the health timeline.
If there has been any sleep events during the day selected, a purple icon should be displaying on the timeline. See the purple Sleep card. If the child has slept during the day the total sleep time should be displayed as hours and minutes.
Press on the purple Sleep card. If there has been sleep events during the day they will be displayed as icons on the timeline graph. If the child has slept during the day, the total time slept should be visible under the day label.
Press a Sleep event. You should be able to see the type of event, the first name of the educator who wrote it and the time it was created.
If an on the event has a icon, you should be able to click onto the event and see a public note written below the ‘NOTE’ title.
Press on the purple Sleep card.
Swipe left or right on the timeline graph to move the date viewed forward and backward.
Press on the date label.
A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
Press on the purple Sleep card.
Press on the ‘Week’ button near the top bar. You should now be seeing a bar graph of the length of the sleep events for the current week.
See the average time slept under the week label. The average time should also be illustrated with a dotted line on the graph.
Press on the purple Sleep card and toggle to week view
Swipe left or right on the bar graph to move the week viewed forward and backward.
Press on the date label.
A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
View Nutrition Events
You can see the nutritional food and drink events which have occurred throughout the current day on the health timeline.
If there has been any nutritional events during the day selected, a teal icon should be displaying on the timeline. The most recent nutritional event will be displayed on this card.
Press on the teal Nutrition card. If there has been nutritional events during the day they will be displayed as icons on the timeline graph.
Press on the teal Nutrition card.
See a list of all the nutrition events for the day.
Press an event. You should be able to see the type of event, what meal items there were, the first name of the educator who wrote it and the time it was created.
If pressing on the event with a icon, you should be able to see a public note written below the ‘NOTE’ title.

- Swipe left or right on the timeline graph to move the date viewed forward and backward.
- Press on the date label.
- A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
- You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
- Press on the teal Nutrition card.
- Press on the ‘Week’ button near the top bar. You should now be seeing a bar graph of the events for the current week.
- See the average number of events under the week label.
Swipe left or right on the bar graph to move the week viewed forward and backward.

1. Press on the date label.
2. A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
3. You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
- Press on a day where nutrition events occurred.
- You should now be able to see the total number of events for that day, what day it occurred and a list of all the events that occured for that specific day.
- For each individual event you should able to see: the event type, which educator recorded it and what time it occurred. If there was a public note associated with the event you should be able to read it.
View Toileting Events
You can see the toileting events which have occurred throughout the current day on the health timeline.
If there has been any toileting events during the day selected, a toileting icon should be displaying on the timeline. Press on the red toileting icon. If there has been toileting events during the day they will be displayed as icons on the timeline graph.
Press on the red Toileting card.
See a list of all the toileting events for the day.
Press an event. You should be able to see the type of event, the first name of the educator who wrote it and the time it was created.
If pressing on an event with a icon. You should be able to see a public note written below the ‘NOTE’ title.
- Press on the red Toileting card.
- Swipe left or right on the timeline graph to move the date viewed forward and backward.
- Press on the date label
- A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
- You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
- Press on the red Toileting card.
- Press on the ‘Week’ button near the top bar. You should now be seeing a segmented bar graph of the events for the current week.
- See the average number of events under the week label.
- Press on the red Toileting card.
- Swipe left or right on the bar graph to move the week viewed forward and backward.
- Press on the date label.
- A calendar picker should appear, press on another date and press ok.
- You should now be viewing the events on the day you selected.
- In week view, press on a day where toileting events occurred.
- You should now be able to see the total number of events for that day, what day it occurred and a list of all the events that occurred for that specific day.
- For each individual event you should able to see: the event type, which educator recorded it and what time it occurred. If there was a public note associated with the event you should be able to read it.
