Balance Adjustments

The Balance Adjustment tool should only be used for: 

  • Primary Carer changes
  • Transfer of any balances from previous software provider 

Please note that balance adjustments cannot be deleted from statements. 




Adding a Balance Adjustment

1. Go to Financial > Balance Adjustment

2. Select the account. These are ordered by Surname of the account holder.

3. Select type:

- If the account is in credit, and/or you wish to add a DEBIT. Select 'Owing'.

- If the account is debit, and/or you wish to add a CREDIT. Select 'In Credit'.

4. Insert the dollar amount you wish to adjust.

5. Add a description. This will appear on the parent statement.
