Office Web: Profiles (Parents)- Inviting parents

You can send all the parents at your service the "Welcome to Xplor email" by going to:

  • Profiles > Parents and Guardians > Status "Linked" > Click "Invite Parent/Guardian" button (right-hand side of the page) > Then Select "All Parents & Guardians".
  • This will send an invite to all the linked parents who have not yet received the 'Welcome to Xplor' email.

If you wish to send the "Welcome to Xplor" email to a selected parent/s please go to:

  • Profiles > Parents and Guardians > Status "Linked" > Then tick the box next to the parents name on the left >Click "Invite Parent/Guardian" button on the right-hand side of the page > Select "Selected Parents & Guardians Only". 
  • This will send an invite to all the linked parents who have not yet received the 'Welcome to Xplor' email.

If parents are not receiving the email: 

  • Go to Profiles > Parents and Guardians > Click into the parent profile that is not receiving the email > View the email box > Check that the emails are correctly entered with no spaces > Click save. Then try sending the email again. 
  • Please let the parent know to check the junk email inbox as well.
