ISS Case Claims
On Monday this week, the government resolved its ISS Case Claim functionality and all related REST API errors.
Services will now be able to submit ISS Case Claims and view available cases through the user interface.
To create a new IS Case claim, navigate to Government Rebates > Submit IS Case Claims.

Child Care Provider Handbook
We would like to remind all services of the government's Child Care Provider Handbook, available online as a PDF document.
The Child Care Provider Handbook is a guide to the requirements and responsibilities of child care providers and services that are approved under Family Assistance Law.

This Week's Updates
ISS Payments Report
The ISS Payments report shows a list of all ISS Payments made to services for the date range selected.
To generate an ISS payments report navigate to Government Rebates > CCS Reports then select the report from the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Income Summary Report
The Income Summary report has been enhanced to include CCS payments made to services by the government for the period.
Previously the report only showed CCB and CCR subsidy payments.
Attendance Summary Report
The Attendance Summary report has been rebuilt from the ground up to ensure it runs quickly and provides accurate attendance information to services.
The report has also been converted to a CSV from its previous XLS format as we move towards providing all reports as CSV to ensure reports generate more quickly and are easier to use with third-party tools.
Detailed Account Statement
The Detailed Account Statement report has also been rebuilt from the ground up to ensure it runs quickly and provides accurate parent transaction information to services.
The report has also been converted to a CSV from its previous XLS format while all previous summary information has been moved into the reporting UI and can be viewed by clicking 'Preview Summary'.
The team is working hard to bring new CCS features to Office. Keep your eyes on our release notes for upcoming changes to CCS.
Users and Permissions
We have some upcoming updates to users and permissions which will help users with multiple accounts better manage their login process.
Fees and Bookings
Upcoming changes to fees and bookings include better support for hourly session models, managing attendance and multiple sessions in one day.
