ISS Case Claims
ISS Case Claim functionality is still unavailable within Office due to a government REST API error.
We have been in contact with the government regarding the inability for Office customers to submit ISS Case Claims and the government has been unable to provide a timeframe for a resolution.
We will be updating all services when the government has responded with a timeframe for resolution on ISS.
CCMS attendance cancellation and resubmission functionality is still unavailable within Office due to a government interface error.
Currently, all CCMS attendance cancellations are met with the following error "Attendance cancellation for CCB Approval not permitted".
We have been in contact with the government regarding the inability for Office customers to cancel or resubmit CCMS attendances and the government has been unable to provide a timeframe for a resolution.
We will be updating all services when the government has responded with a timeframe for resolution on CCMS.
Child Care Provider Handbook
We would like to remind all services of the government's Child Care Provider Handbook, available online as a PDF document.
The Child Care Provider Handbook is a guide to the requirements and responsibilities of child care providers and services that are approved under Family Assistance Law.

This Week's Updates
Aged Debtor Report
We have noticed some data inconsistencies within the aged debtor report for VAC, ASC and BSC debt, since these have been rolled into a single OSHC enrolment under CCS.
This week these issues have been corrected, and debtors will now display correctly for both old 'split' enrolments and new 'combined' enrolments.
Please Note: The Aged Debtors report currently takes a while to download, please be patient and allow the report to run after pressing the download button. If you are generating for multiple services, try selecting fewer services.
The team is working on a fix to make this report generate more quickly.
Parent Transaction Report Enhancements
This week, we updated the parent transaction report to include an additional date column, to help services better identify when a transaction occurred.
Services will now see the following two date columns:
- Actual Date: The date that the transaction actually took place, i.e., when the money was inserted into the system.
- Receipt Date: The date that the user applied (receipted) the transaction to, i.e., in the past if the transaction is backdated.
FDC Session Fees Bug
We noticed that an issue occurred where some session fees that were being submitted as part of the CCS session report for FDC services were overstated.
We have since corrected this issue and is now correctly reporting CCS session fees for FDC services.
We further automatically resubmitted all sessions for the weeks of July 2, July 9, July 16 and July 23 with corrected fee amounts.
Session Hours on Master Roll
From today, services may notice that the Master Roll has some additional information in the way of Session Hours.
We have exposed this information to help services better identify the hours that are being submitted to the government on Session Reports.
Many services may also want to change the time on sessions that are being submitted to the government and shown to parents on statements.
To do this, first modify the Room or Fee (depending on submission type) associated with the session you would like to modify, then press the 'Update Bookings' Button located next to the 'Update Accounts' button.
Please Note: You may also need to press the update accounts button to update the hours on parent statements (this process also occurs automatically after some time).
Attendance Summary Report
There are currently some inconsistencies within the Attendance Summary Report's attendance data. The team is working to resolve this in a hotfix.
The team is working hard to bring new CCS features to Office. Keep your eyes on our release notes for upcoming changes to CCS.
Users and Permissions
We have some upcoming updates to users and permissions which will help users with multiple accounts better manage their login process.
Fees and Bookings
Upcoming changes to fees and bookings include better support for hourly session models, managing attendance and multiple sessions in one day.
