'RA' or 'CWA' pills on enrolments

MEANING OF PILLS ON ENROLMENTS

On the enrolment, you will see two grey 'pills' next to the ID number - the first one will say either RA or CWA, and indicates the enrolment type. Confusingly, the pill next to it actually has nothing to do with the CWA and whether it has to be approved in Xplor. It relates to the status of the enrolment with the government!

Received means that the RA has been received by the government

Draft means that it needs to be submitted by Xplor to the government

Pending eligibility means that the parent still has tasks to complete in MyGov

Confirmed means that the parent has a confirmed enrolment with the government.
