School troubleshooting parent errors

As a school administrator the best thing to do when a parent reports experiencing an error is:

  1. Determine what web browser they were using. If they were using internet explorer, ask them to try using Chrome or Safari to see if it makes a difference. Sometimes parents use very old versions of Internet Explorer that are not supported.
  2. If this does not make a difference, gather the following information & email to support@myxplor.com:
    1. What browser were they using?
    2. What device was it on? ie. smartphone, tablet, desktop
    3. What operating system was it, if known? ie. Windows 10, iOS 11.4
    4. Steps taken to receive that error
    5. Date & rough time this occurred
