I tried to make a payment and received an error. What do I do?

If you receive an 'internal server error' when trying to make a payment, please email helpdesk@myxplor.com with the following information:

  • What browser you were using?
  • Was it on a smartphone, desktop or tablet? ie. iPhone 8, Windows 10 desktop, iOS 11.3 on iPad
  • The steps taken to receive that error 
  • Date & time (roughly) when this occurred

The more information you can provide us, the better. We will try to replicate your steps to be able to get the source of the error.

Once we receive your email, we'll get back to you as soon as we can with next steps.
