As such, we are releasing a new series of daily webinars at 12:30 pm and we encourage all administrators to attend. The topics covered are:
Xplor Basics – New Services and Prodadmin Beginners
Mondays – 12:30 pm Eastern Time (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney)
This session will focus on the basics of Xplor administrator functions; setting up new children’s accounts, making bookings, setting up payment schedules and a general overview of the world of Xplor.
CWAs: Complying Written Arrangements
Tuesdays – 12:30 pm Eastern Time (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney)
This session will provide an introduction to CWAs, and answer the most common questions we get on our helpdesk including releasing, accessing, adjusting and disputed CWAs.
We will also cover the relevance of different kinds of CCS enrolments, such as RAs and OAs.
Statements and Billing
Wednesdays - 12:30 pm Eastern Time (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney)
This session will go over payment schedules and the different ways that payments can be taken in Xplor. It will demonstrate how to access and read both general statements and parent statments. It will also show how to charge and record payments for ad-hoc billing.
Thursdays - 12:30 pm Eastern Time (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney)
This session aims to introduce Educators and Admins to our new Educator app, covering app setup, attendance, observations, smart lists, emergency lists, and any new updates. We’ll also be answering questions and taking feedback about the new app.
