Some services using Xplor may stop operation during school holidays, or they may have a period of inactivity for a few weeks a year.
If the above applies, the service needs to let the government know that the service would like to pause all new enrolments. The service also needs to delete bookings for this period, so that parents do not incur a charge.
To remove multiple bookings, please follow the following instructions to bulk delete bookings.
