Xplor Announcements

End of Parent and Educator Chat

Due to shifting feature development priorities, Xplor has taken the decision to remove support for the Parent/Educator chat feature from today, 25th of May 2018.

To find out more information on chat and how you can transition off this feature, please contact the Xplor Support team.

CCS Provider Transition

The Xplor CCS Provider Transition is now open to all Xplor customers.

If you have already received your Call to Action from the government and would like to begin the process, start by viewing our online transition guide.

This Week's Features 

Gross and Net Fees

This week services will see an enhancement to fees that now allows services to specify a 'Gross' (Including Discounts) and 'Net' (Excluding Discounts) amount for each fee.

All gross and net fee amounts will now carry across into our new 'Revenue Report' (see below). All existing fees will retain their current value for both gross and net fields.

To get started with gross and net fees, first create a new fee from Profiles > Services > Select a Service > Fees. You can then specify a gross and net amount.

Note: all fee adjustments will now equally increase or decrease both gross and net amounts.

New Booking Revenue Report

Xplor is pleased to announce a brand new report for booking revenue.

The new report provides detailed information on booking revenue at a provider level including: gross revenue, discounts, net revenue, CCB and CCR across your selected services broken down by care type. The report also includes revenue totals for each service.

The new report can be accessed via Analytics > Financial > Revenue Report.

For users who do not have this permission, you can enable it via Users > Permissions and then select the report from the list.

Upcoming Releases 

New CCMS/CCS Navigation

You may notice some changes to the Xplor menu. This is to facilitate the move to CCS and provide access to both CCS and CCMS in one area of the application.

As well as new menu changes, you will also be seeing new menu items appearing. Don't panic, we will announce each change individually and explain exactly what the change is and how it might impact you.
