We have some exciting new features and improvements to share with our services.

Scheduled Outage - Sunday 8th April

A quick notice to our services, We will be undergoing maintenance this Sunday 8th April 2018 from 9:00am AEST until 1:00pm AEST. During this time, all access to admin portal will suspended and users will be unable to access the Admin portal until after this time.

This Week's Features 

New 'Help' Navigation

We have made some changes to the way that you seek for help using our products.

The black 'Help' button at the bottom of all pages now redirect users to our extensive Knowledge Base, complete with simple online guides, tips and tricks to help you find an answer sooner. Live chat is still available from our knowledge base in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Account Tags

We are pleased to announce account tagging functionality which makes navigating through the accounts table much easier for users.

Account tags allow users to create a list of available tags at the provider level, add a 4 character short-code and colour, and then set the tags to appear on the accounts table.

To create an account tag, first navigate to the 'Provider' settings screen under: User Profiles > Account Tags. Note: Account Tags can only be created by Provider-level administrator users.

From here you can create a new account tag, assign a Tag Name, a Short-code of 4 characters and a Colour that makes the tag easily identifiable.

To apply a tag to an account, first navigate to the accounts screen under Financial > Accounts, then click on the '+' button in the Account Tag column. You can specify up to 4 Account Tags per account.

Upcoming Releases 

New CCMS/CCS Navigation

Over the coming weeks you are going to be seeing some changes to the menu. This is to facilitate the move to CCS and provide access to both CCS and CCMS in one area of the application.

As well as new menu changes, you will also be seeing new menu items appearing. Don't panic, we will announce each change individually and explain exactly what the change is and how it might impact you. 

Room Shuffling Enhancements

We are working on enhancing room shuffling for Before and After school care ensuring that children always appear in the correct rooms at the correct times.

Statement Enhancements

We will be changing our statements that are sent to parents to make them easier to understand, better designed and adding support for CCS related requirements.

CCS Transition

We are working hard to ensure the transition to the new Child Care Subsidy format under the government’s proposed CCS is as smooth as possible for all of our customers.
