We have some exciting new features and improvements to share with our services.

New CCMS/CCS Navigation
Over the coming weeks you are going to be seeing some changes to the Office menu. This is to facilitate the move to CCS and provide access to both CCS and CCMS in one area of the application.
As well as new menu changes, you will also be seeing new menu items appearing. Don't panic, we will announce each change individually and explain exactly what the change is and how it might impact you.
This week you will notice an additional menu item titled 'Government Registrations'. From here you can view more information about your service (or scheme's) registration within CCMS and also generate an enrolment advances report. If the data you are viewing seems incorrect or out of date, you can simply click the 'refresh' button in the top-right corner of the page, to get the latest data directly from the government.
This new page is generated from the new government integrations tool that Office has been building to support Jobs For Families (CCS) this coming July.
Vacation Care Term Dates
Introducing an exciting new feature for our services that offer vacation care facilities, Office now has the option to define date ranges for vacation care periods.
When a vacation care date range has been specified, all children within the service will have their 'Child Profile Default Room' selector set to a vacation care room. As a result, any casual bookings created during this period will automatically default to vacation care.
This feature can be seen on the Master Roll by clicking the 'Vacation Care' button next to 'Delete Bookings' and 'Update Accounts'.
Room Capacity Archiving
Office is pleased to now offer the ability to archive room capacity. This feature has impact across two areas of Office: Reporting and Mobile Bookings.
For reporting, this provides the ability to generate old occupancy utilisation reports with accurate room capacity figures from past dates.
For Mobile Bookings, this also enables users to define a lower room capacity into the future to limit the number of mobile booking places available for parents to book from. Services can now more easily manage room capacity to tie into the number of educators who are working on a given day, and better manage room and service ratios.
Room capacity archiving is available under: Profiles > Rooms > [Select a Room] > Room Capacity. Active and inactive room capacity figures can be viewed in a new table below room details.
Room Shuffling Enhancements
We are working on enhancing room shuffling for Before and After school care ensuring that children always appear in the correct rooms at the correct times.
We will be changing our statements that are sent to parents to make them easier to understand, better designed and adding support for CCS related requirements.
We are working hard to ensure the transition to the new Child Care Subsidy format under the government’s proposed CCS is as smooth as possible for all of our customers.
