'Where do CCMS details come from?'
The CCMS details are generated by Centrelink. If a child is not receiving the correct amount of CCB or CCR as shown under the Profiles > Children > CCMS tab, Centrelink will need to be contacted.

Here is a breakdown of some of the line items:
- CCBTotalFeeReduction - amount of CCB centrelink has instructed us to pay
- CCBPercentage - CCB percentage
- CCRMethod - pay to service means pay to service and other means pay to parent
- CCRTotalFeeReduction - amount of CCR centrelink has instructed us to pay
Should it be the case that the details shown are correct, but that the subsidy has not applied to bookings, resubmit attendances. Do this via Government Rebates > Attendance Resubmission.
To retrieve details of the CMMS that applied to a particular week of bookings, go to Master Roll > use the selection arrow in the top left corner to go back to previous weeks > select 'Processed' under the Submission Status column.
