To get you started with your transition to CCSS from CCMS, we have created this handy guide to help you navigate through the lengthy process.
Please note: you must already have a PRODA login from the government to complete the transition to CCS. These details will be available after completing the government’s Call to Action for CCSS.
If you do not have these login details, please view the PRODA Call to Action article.
These 3 sections will now be completed:
- Provider Registration
- B2B Device Registration
- Xplor Admin Setup
SECTION 1: Provider Registration
STEP 1: PRODA Login
Access the provider transition form Here.
Once you have accessed the form, enter your username/email and password to sign in.
STEP 2: Two-Step Verification
You will be prompted to enter a 2 step verification code that will be sent to your mobile phone.
STEP 3: Verify Transition Status
Provide your CCB Provider and Service IDs that should have been recently sent to your address.
STEP 4: Provider Approval
You will need to confirm that you hold provider approval before proceeding.
- Enter your email address and provider approval number to continue.
- You should now receive an access code via SMS on your mobile or email.
- Click on verify to before moving on to the next step.
STEP 5: Review Transition
At this step you can confirm the service approval numbers and tick the declaration. Press the submit button to continue.
STEP 6: Activate Software
After clicking on submit you can now proceed to Activate the software.
STEP 7: Activation Receipt
On the final receipt screen, make sure to write-down your Person ID which can be found on the top-right of your screen.
SECTION 2: Registering Xplor as a B2B Device
Next, you will need to go through the PRODA government website to register Xplor.
STEP 1: Log in
Log in to the PRODA website.
STEP 2: Dashboard
Once you have successfully logged-in, you should now be presented with the above screen.
STEP 3: My Organisations
Click on ‘Organisation’ in the header (Top right menu). You should now be presented with the above screen.
STEP 4: PRODA ID
Select your organisation from the table by clicking on your organisation's name. You should now have the “Proda Org ID” displayed. Write this down for use in the following steps.
STEP 5: Register New Device
At the bottom of this page you should now see the B2B Devices section, this is required for the next steps.
Now click on the “B2B devices” section and click on ‘Register New B2B Device’ button.
STEP 6: Device Name
Enter a device name, we suggest using the name ‘Xplor’. If you’d like you can also add a description but this is optional.
STEP 7: Registration Receipt
Once this step has been completed, write down the ‘Device activation code’ that appears for use in Xplor. You also have another opportunity to write down your Device Name and Org ID from this screen.
The activation code will expire in 7 days, so please ensure you complete the following steps in a timely manner.
SECTION 3: Provider Registration on Xplor
The Provider registration step allows providers to give permission to Xplor to interact with the government’s CCSS IT system.
STEP 1: Login to Xplor
STEP 2: Government Rebates
Navigate “Government Rebates” sidebar item then click on “CCS Approvals”.
Step 3: Add Provider Registration
Click the blue text “add your provider registration now”.
Step 4: Registration Details
You should now have a screen where you can enter in the government information from the previous steps of this guide.
This includes: Organisation ID, Provider ID and Management & Control Person ID.
Once you have entered your details, you can now click on migrate.
Step 5: B2B Device Name and Activation Code
You will now be presented with the B2B Device Registration step. You can now enter your Device Name and “Activation Code” from the previous steps of this guide.
Once filled, click on the ‘Register Device ‘ button to complete your transition to CCS.
Please note, due to government requirements you will have to re-register Xplor as a B2B device every 6 months. Therefore, it is recommended you save your Person ID in a safe location for future usage.
