Manage Mobile Bookings
Mobile bookings allow parents to view the available bookings for a service on a given day on the Xplor app and instantly book a session.
Clicking the 'Book' button will direct parents to a confirmation screen, and once confirming the booking, parents will see the booking on their calendar instantly and this will generate a booking session in the master roll.
Built-in conditional logic ensures parents can't book if the room has exceeded its maximum capacity (capacity is set via the room profile in Xplor admin). It also ensures that only rooms that match the child's age will show availabilities.
Mobile bookings need to be enabled from Xplor Admin for each service under Settings > Service Settings > select Service > Service Details > Disable Mobile Bookings (uncheck the box to enable bookings via mobile).
