What if parents don't set up their Hub access?

Parents, guardians and Xplorers need to first set their PIN before signing children in and out of the Hub. The PIN gives users the easiest and quickest access to the Hub.

If users are unable to set their PIN, they will need to use the app to sign in and out. For services not using the app, the Service Leaders will need to mark the attendance records on the Master Roll on behalf of the parents, which the parents will then need to approve.

For these reasons, it is important that parents are advised on how to use the Hub and given a period of time (i.e. 1 week) to set their PIN.
