Messenger in Home App

Using Messenger, you can communicate directly with Educators via Home.

To send a message to your service or to view messages received, navigate to 'Account; and tap on 'Messenger'.



Viewing and Replying to Messages

When an Educator sends you a message, you will receive a notification (to adjust notification settings, see our support guide here).

Selecting 'Messenger' from the Account screen, you will be taken to a record of all communication between you and your child’s education services.

All messages will appear from newest to oldest from the top of the screen and an icon next to each message will indicate the sender - messages created by educators will be indicated by the service logo, and any messages sent from your account will be displayed in orange




Tapping on the preview will open the full message, and a reply can be made by typing in the 'Write a comment...' field at the bottom of the screen.
Click the paper airplane to send the reply.






Sending Messages

1) Navigate to 'Messenger' via Account.
2) Tap the orange plus button at the bottom right of the screen.
Enter a message title, type your message, and click 'Send' at the top of the page when complete.


Note: If your child attends more than one service, please take note of the service logo, as messages are ordered chronologically, rather than being grouped by service.
