Service leaders can set up the Hub in minutes.
Before you start
- Have a tablet, such as an iPad or a tablet from our eShop
- Make sure the tablet is connected to the internet (i.e. WiFi or a SIM card)
- Consider a stand (example)
Choose your browser
The Hub is designed to run any web browser, but we recommend the Hub operate on Google Chrome or (on iPads) Safari.
Go to hub.myxplor.com
The site will ask for login credentials. These are the login credentials for the service, which can be found under Profiles > Settings > Service Settings > Click Service > View Username. The password was emailed to Contact Email in the same screen. If you cannot find the password, go to Profiles > Settings > Service Settings > Reset password and check the Contact Email it will be sent to by clicking on the service and viewing the email box.
Once successful, a Parent Sign In and Visitor Log will appear. The site will only require the service to login once per year.
Display at the service's entrance and share with families
Please note that parents, guardians and Xplorers will be able to sign in with a phone number and PIN only after they have set their PIN on the Hub, regardless of whether they've used the app or not.
