Summary of Logins and Passwords

Xplor has 5 different types of logins:

 

1) ELC1 / Super Admin (only 1 per provider)

Received when: Xplor first creates the provider

Logs in at: https://prodadmin.myxplor.com/elc

Sees: everything available under the Service Leader aka Admin login

Resets password by: requesting from Xplor support (support@myxplor.com)

 

2) ELC Users

Password received when: created by ELC1 under Users > Add

Logs in at: https://prodadmin.myxplor.com/elc

Sees: ELC1 / Super Admin user can restrict the sections and services visible to ELC Users. ELC Users cannot create or restrict other ELC Users.

Resets password by: requesting from ELC1 / Super Admin (Profiles > Administrators > Reset Password)

 

3) Centre or Hub (only 1 per service)

Password received when: centre is created under Profiles > Services > Add

Logs in at: https://hub.myxplor.com/

Sees: Parent and Visitor sign in/out

Resets password by: Profiles > Settings > Service Settings > Reset Password

 

4) Educators (not applicable in Core)

Password received when: created by ELC1 or ELC Users under Profiles > Educators > Add > email address added > Save

Logs in at: https://web.myxplor.com/

Sees: Educator Dashboard

Resets password by: https://web.myxplor.com/ > Forgot Password

Note: cannot be the same login email as a Parent

 

5) Parents

Password received when: created by ELC1 or ELC Users under Profiles > Children > select Child > Parent/Guardian > Add New or Add Existing > add email address > Save

Logs in at: https://web.myxplor.com/

Sees: Parent Dashboard

Resets password by: https://web.myxplor.com/ > Forgot Password

Note: cannot be the same login email as an Educator
