How to enable educators/staff to add and upload information:
Enabling Educators/Staff to update or add Contact Details, Additional Information, and Qualifications
1. To enable this feature login into your Xplor Admin Portal and select User Profile.
2. Select Yes "Allow educators to view/edit additional details and upload qualification documents"
3. Once settings are finalized select Update
How educators/staff add and update information:
Educators/ Staff Updating or Adding Contact Details, Additional Details, and Qualifications:
1. Educators/staff can log in with their educator credentials via the educator portal web.myxplor.com
2. Educators/staff select Profile and can update or add the following details, be sure to press Save:
Address 1 or 2
Children's Check ID
NQIS ID (Certified Supervisor ID)
Emergency Contact Details
(Educators/Staff can add and upload their documents and qualifications)
