Holiday bookings allow administrators to mark known absences in advance and keep track of vacancies (i.e. to accept other children in lieu).
Master Roll > Search Child > Click on the booking > Click on "Holiday" > Click 'Yes change it!' > Update booking
Your holiday booking will then appear in grey on your Master Roll. The occupancy count will not include this booking.
To update multiple bookings to a holiday type, follow the instructions for Editing Multiple Bookings on our support page.
Some services using Office may stop operation during school holidays, or they may have a period of inactivity for a few weeks a year.
If the above applies, the service needs to let the government know that the service would like to pause all new enrolments. The service also needs to delete bookings for this period, so that parents do not incur a charge.
To remove multiple bookings, please follow the following instructions to bulk delete bookings.
