The Xplor Hub is a web based application which may be available at your child's service to assist with signing in and signing out your child. Here is a quick start guide to familiarise yourself with the Hub when this is made available to you.
To start the setup process, click on the "Parent sign in" button.
Under the Parent Sign in screen, you will find a "set your PIN" link. This feature will allow first time users to set up a Hub PIN or reset the Hub PIN if you may have forgotten it.
The setup process begins with signing in to your current Xplor account email and password. If you do not have access to this or may have forgotten this, you can reset your password from the Xplor mobile app. Alternatively, your child's service can reset your password for you.
Upon successfully signing in with your Xplor account email and password, you can now update your phone number and set a new Hub PIN.
* Phone numbers must be exactly 10 digits with no special characters (i.e. +).
* Hub PIN can be any 4 digit combination with no letters or special characters.
Once you click on Register, you will be prompted with a confirmation page. From this screen, you can proceed to sign in/sign out your child in the service.
Congratulations, the setup process is now complete. The next time you use the Xplor Hub, you can directly sign in with your phone number and PIN.
If you would like to reset your PIN, or change the mobile number you use for the Hub, simply choose 'set your PIN' as above next time you log in.
