Office Web: Profiles (Child)- Adding Health Care Card (HCC) details

To add a parents HCC details go to:

Profiles > Children > Select the child > Special Conditions > HCC

Please note that the start and end dates are when you would like to apply for the benefits from along with the rate. If you add the start date as its displayed on the card, it will backdate and amend the accounts to this date. A suggestion would be to add the start date from the enrolment start date i.e. when the child has first commenced care.
