The team has been hard at work ensuring users get the most out of the Office system. Remember to stay subscribed to these emails to ensure you receive the latest updates on new features and improvements in Office:

Family Day Care Levy Improvements

We have enhanced Office's levy functionality for Family Day Care to enable service administrators to perform a levy adjustment up to a week in the past.

The new FDC levy settings can be accessed from the FDC tab under Profiles > Services > Edit Service.

New Family Reconciliation Summary Report

The family reconciliation summary report allows services to easily reconcile all of their family accounts.

The report shows total parent income (i.e. any fees or adjustments) less any discounts and refunds.

Educator Report Improvements

The Educator report located under Analytics > Contacts > Educators has been improved to help services access more information about their educators.

The report now includes the educator's date of birth and last name while also splitting out the educator's home address to make for easier sorting and searching.

Hotfixes and Bugs

  • Resolved various issues where posts and observations were not appearing in certain Parent and Educator timelines.
  • Resolved an issue where detailed account statements sent to parents via email and print looked different to statements shown in Office.
  • Added additional qualifications to the Educator qualification dropdown list.
  • Resolved an issue where some fields on the service waitlist form were incorrectly mapped to the parent profile.
