Office Web: Profiles (Child)- Adding attachments

You may need to add an attachment to a child's profile such as birth certificates, immunisation records, health records, medical certificates, court orders and so on.

If you are a parent, you will need to get your centre admin to upload these documents to your child's profile for you.

To add an attachment to a child's profile, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Profiles > Children > Select the child.

2. Click on 'Attachments' tab. 

3. Press 'Add New'


4. In the pop up screen - Enter a title and an expiry date. Upload the file by clicking 'Select'.



5. Click the blue 'Add' once the document is uploaded.

You may want to use the confidential notes tab under the child's profile for more sensitive information storage.

Please note: these attachments are for administrator access. It will not appear on the app for all educators or parents to see.
