Application Process Where a child care service must submit or amend attendance records in the previous financial year in exceptional circumstances, they may apply to the department to request for access to the system. If approved, the service will be able to make necessary amendments electronically.
All applications will be assessed on a case by case basis at the discretion of the delegate. The delegate may not approve an application to amend attendance data in previous financial years, particularly where there is no plausible reason for the amendment to occur or where the delegate considers that the proposed amendment does not contain accurate information, including where the delegate does not believe the fee charges are real and genuine
