Returning Hardware to Xplor

If you need to return your equipment to Xplor, there are a few steps you first have to complete prior to sending the items back.

Android

1. Backup all your data

You will need to backup any data which you would like to retain. You can follow this article on how to transfer photos to your computer.

 

2. Reset back to factory settings

You can follow this article on how to reset the Xiaomi device.

 

3. Return all provided equipment including accessories in good working conditions

All accessories such as earphones and charging cables will be required to be returned. 

 

Apple

1. Backup all your data

You will need to backup any data which you would like to retain. You can follow this article on how to transfer photos to your computer.

 

2. Sign Out from iCloud account

You must sign out of your iCloud account before sending back your equipment to Xplor. You can follow this article on how to remove iCloud / iOS activation lock.

 

3. Reset back to factory settings

You can complete this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings.

 

4. Return all provided equipment including accessories in good working conditions

All accessories such as earphones and charging cables will be required to be returned.
