Make sure you've received an email with a password from Xplor. If you haven't, double check your email address with your service's administrator. Your email and password will allow you to login to Xplor from any web browser or Xplor app.
Once you have setup your account, the next steps is to download the latest version of the Xplor app on your smartphone.

Alternatively, you can also access Xplor on the desktop at https://web.myxplor.com - if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the Xplor website.
When logging in for the first time on the app, be sure you enable bluetooth, notifications and location services. Bluetooth and location services are used to allow your smartphone to interact with the bluetooth beacon which is placed within the service.
While the location services indicator might display on the top of your device, rest assured that the app does not use your device's GPS and thus only uses minimal battery power.
