If the internet is on / no network issues, the bookings should appear correctly. If the internet is off or if there are network issues the bookings will come up as ‘C’

This can also be related to the router, as routers have limited number of devices it can serve at a time. When a service has multiple routers and educators shift from one to the other this can also create network issues.

Other methods of troubleshooting

  • Forget the WiFi and reconnect. Sometimes IP addresses of the device clash, resulting in a connection problem.
  • Reset the router. Switch off momentarily (around 15 seconds) and switch it back on.
