Parent Password Reset

From a computer

  1. Go to the Login page home.myxplor.com
  2. Click Forgot password?  
  3. Enter the email address you use to log in to Home, then select the Reset Password button.
  4. Check your email. Once you've received your forgotten password email, use the link to create a new password. Check your email. Once you've received your forgotten password email, use the link to create a new password.
  5. Log in to Home using your new password.
From the Home App:  
  1. Open the Home App and select (Forgot Password?) Enter Email > Reset Password 
  2. Check your email. Once you've received your forgotten password email, use the link to create a new password.

If a reset password email doesn't appear in your email inbox within 10 minutes, please check spam or junk folders, then make sure the email address account is associated with is correct.  

Error Messages:  
 
If you receive one of the following messages when logging in, please follow the advice provided:
 
1. "You have no child in this centre" - please contact the child care centre for help.
 
2. "Invalid Email or password" - please follow the reset password steps above.

This can be done by taking the following steps: Go to Profiles > Children > select child > Parent/Guardian tab > Reset Password
