Reset Password

From a computer

  1. Go to the Xplor Login page home.myxplor.com
  2. Click Forgot password?  
  3. Enter the email address you use to log in to Xplor, then select the Reset Password button.
  4. Check your email. Once you've received your forgotten password email, use the link to create a new password. Check your email. Once you've received your forgotten password email, use the link to create a new password.
  5. Log in to Xplor using your new password.

 

From the Xplor App:  
 
  1. Open the Xplor App and select (Forgot Password?) Enter Email > Reset Password 
  2. Check your email. Once you've received your forgotten password email, use the link to create a new password. (If a reset password still isn't received, please check spam or junk folders and make sure the email address is correct.)

Error Messages:  
 
You might receive an error message when attempting to login
 
1. "You have no child in this centre" - Please contact your service for more information.
 
2. Invalid Email or password - Please follow the reset password steps above.
 
Service Leaders can reset passwords:
 
Profiles > Children > select child > Parent/Guardian tab > Reset Password
