You should have received an email from Xplor with your login credentials. If you have not received your welcome email please contact your service administrator and they can resend it to you! Only service admin can set up your account on Xplor.

Download the Xplor app:
Once you have set up your account via the welcome email, the next steps are to download the latest version of the Xplor app on your smartphone.

Alternatively, you can also access Xplor on the desktop at https://web.myxplor.com/.
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, contact the support desk and we can easily reset it for you!
Enable Bluetooth and Location Services:
When logging in for the first time on the app, be sure you enable Bluetooth notifications and location services. Bluetooth and location services are used to allow your smartphone to interact with the Bluetooth beacon which is placed within the service.
Please note: While the location services indicator might display on the top of your device, rest assured that the app does not use your device's GPS and thus will not cause any battery drain.
