Office Web: Financial- Add Scheduled Payments

  1. Log onto Xplor as an administrator
  2. Click on Financial > Scheduled Payments

You will now be directed to the main payment approvals screen.

  1. Click on the ‘Add’ button located in the top right hand side of the screen
  2. You will be prompted to add/select the following information
  • Parent
  • Amount
  • Weekday (the day the payment will be taken)

You can only schedule one-time payments during the current week.

 

Note: all payments are locked at 1:50 pm AEST on the Weekday chosen and will be deducted from the customer roughly an hour later. Please give three working days for payments to show in parents’ accounts.

  1. Once you have successfully added your payment approval, you will be able to check that it has been added under your main payment approval screen with a status of approved.
